First, install ES File Explorer. Explorer download link: http://catcut.net/kDkP . Go to ES Explorer:
Next, connect the USB-drive (flash drive, memory card). If the explorer does not see the flash drive, then you need to restart the device.
Open the internal memory and go to the “Download” folder:
In the folder, select the file “TV_Bro” and click “Copy”:
Then we exit to the Main Menu. Open the flash drive and click "Insert":
A hint appears on the screen. You need to give permission to ES Explorer to work.
Press "Select":
After that, we see that the default memory card. Open the menu in the upper left corner:
In the menu that opens, select the flash drive and click “Select” in the lower right corner:
We see that the file has been copied:
ES Explorer will remember this USB drive and in the future you can transfer files without any manipulation.
