Files are not copied from the device to the USB flash drive

Next, connect the USB-drive (flash drive, memory card). If the explorer does not see the flash drive, then you need to restart the device.

in ES Explorer on the main screen we see a connected USB flash drive

Open the internal memory and go to the “Download” folder:

in ES Explorer on the main screen, click on the internal memory section in ES Explorer in the internal memory, open the blue Download folder

In the folder, select the file “TV_Bro” and click “Copy”:

in the Download folder, select the file with a green checkmark and click copy

Then we exit to the Main Menu. Open the flash drive and click "Insert":

in ES Explorer on the main screen, open the USB flash drive in ES Explorer, click on the button to insert the file to the USB flash drive

A hint appears on the screen. You need to give permission to ES Explorer to work.

Press "Select":

in ES Explorer in the hint window, click on the choice

After that, we see that the default memory card. Open the menu in the upper left corner:

in the explorer, click on the menu three bars in the upper left corner

In the menu that opens, select the flash drive and click “Select” in the lower right corner:

in ES Explorer, select the USB drive in the menu and click select

We see that the file has been copied:

in ES Explorer, a file from the device was downloaded to the USB flash drive

ES Explorer will remember this USB drive and in the future you can transfer files without any manipulation.

  • Thanks for the tip!
The moment after the prompt appeared, where the window opened and at the bottom there was a button that said “Allow access ...” I kept clicking on it and it was over. And you had to click on the button in the upper left corner and select this external card, be it wrong. I suffered for a long time ... Thank you again!
